The Oral History Live! series at EMP|SFM features intimate interviews before a live audience.

Enjoy an interview with songwriter, record producer and musician Al Kooper. Kooper organized the group Blood, Sweat & Tears and has recorded with several distinguished artists, including Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, The Who, B. B. King and Cream.

Kooper recently updated and released his memoir, Backstage Passes & Backstabbing Bastards: Memoirs of a Rock 'N' Roll Survivor, which chronicles his many misadventures as an experienced musician.
