Join EMP|SFM and Folklife for Family Days the third Saturday of every month, where we'll celebrate the diverse participatory music and dance cultures of the Northwest.

August's Family Day Activities:
West African Rhythms & Moves! Dancer and choreographer Etienne Cakpo and his dance and music troupe Gansango, will have you drumming with your hands and your feet! Jump in and dance as Gansango and Cakpo weave elements of drumming, percussion, dance and culture together into an exciting and colorful experience. Check out Gansango here.

Dances most appropriate for families with kids ages 10 and up but all are welcome.
