DJ B-Girl

DJ B-Girl is a deejay, producer, and hip hop teaching artist in Seattle. She''s been a member of Motorbooty, Fourthcity and Project Mayhem over the last decade, and started her own label called B-Girl Media in 2008. She is a DJ on Zulu Radio on 91.3FM KBCS. She currently teaches deejaying, recording and production in Seattle. At Wapifasa, a non-profit organization serving youth of color, she is the Program Coordinator for the Katalyst Project. DJ B-Girl also hosts B-Girl Bench, a free community program that provides education, mentorship and support for women in hip hop through workshops, classes and online documentation.
