By accessing and/or using the Site, you are consenting to the collection, storage, and disclosure of data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information
When you use this Site to become a museum member, request information offered via the Site, or otherwise interact with ELC through the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain information about yourself including, your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and membership status ("Personal Information").

Use of Personal Information
We will use Personal Information for the purposes of fulfilling membership requests and other requests for information and updates regarding the Site and the Experience Music Project. We may use Personal Information for our own fund raising and marketing efforts and may trade it with other non-profit organizations having Privacy Policies that are at least as protective as ours. We may share your Personal Information with third party contractors who perform certain services and functions on our behalf. These parties only have access to the Personal Information they need to perform their functions and we require them to use the Personal Information only in connection with the services they provide for us.
