All Access Nights
EMP|SFM join the Seattle tradition of celebrating art and culture by offering free admission from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the first Thursday evening of every month.
Family Days
EMP|SFM hosts Family Days on the third Saturday of the month, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Family Day activities can include art projects, music demonstrations, special tours and workshops for everyone.
Jazz in January
EMP|SFM in collaboration with Earshot Jazz presents the annual Jazz in January series, January 17 to 20, 2008.
Sound Off!
Sound Off! is the Pacific Northwest's largest battle of the bands for musicians 21 and under. Live Sound Off! concerts will take place Saturday Nights February 9, 16, 23, and March 1, 2008.
Exposed: Inside Film Series
EMP|SFM, in partnership with The Warren Report, presents a new film series featuring new films, cult favorites and classic science fiction and music films.
Oral History Program
EMP|SFM's Oral History Live! event series brings notable music makers, science fiction luminaries and the public together for an intimate curator-hosted interview recorded before a live audience.
Science Fiction Hall of Fame Awards
The Science Fiction Hall of Fame honors the lives, work, and ongoing legacies of science fiction's greatest creators. The 2008 awards will be held on June 21.
Science Fiction Short Film Festival
Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame (SFM) in partnership with the Seattle International Film Festival Group (SIFF), presented the 2008 Science Fiction Short Film Festival on February 2.
